30 Day Move-Out Notice for Rentals

BE ADVISED: AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED BEFORE MOVING OUT OF A RENTAL.  THIS MOVE-OUT NOTICE DOES NOT ABROGATE ANY TERMS OF THE ORIGINAL LEASE.

NOTICE:

YOU ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZING TO RE-RENT RENTAL AS OF THIS DATE AND TIME. YOU WILL HAVE ALL KEYS RETUNRED BY THE DATE AND TIME LISTED ABOVE. IF YOU ARE NOT OUT AND KEYS RETURNED BY THE ABOVE DATE AND TIME, YOU WILL BE TOTALLY AND PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CLAIMED BY ANY NEW TENANT AND FOR CONTINUED RENTAL CHARGES AND DAMAGES.

BE ADVISED: Cleaning & Security deposits are refunded and/or a report of dissemination of deposit shall be sent within thirty (30) days of total vacancy of a rental and return of all keys. Term of the original lease must have been satisfied. An inspection of the rental will be made to insure the rental is, among other things, completely cleaned – vacuumed – windows and draperies or blinds cleaned – walls and baseboards washed – appliances and cabinets clean and free from odors and bugs – exterior grounds clean – yards properly cared for – all damage repaired. Damage or cleaning not completed by tenant will be done by management and the costs thereof will be deducted from the deposits with any balance to be paid by the tenant. Management will have your carpets cleaned and the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
